FLEXIBLE LEASING TO HELP YOUR BUSINESS
The Slough Trading Estate Leasing Team is based on site and able to help with all leasing enquiries.
Two main types of lease are available on the estate, though not for every property, although they can be tailored to meet your exact needs.
Our Enterprise Lease which are available for units in our Enterprise Quarter and offer flexible terms written in plain English. The lease runs for 3 years, but you have the option to move out at any time after 12 months, usually on 3 months notice. Your rent includes insurance, external repairs and the estate service charges.
Our Standard Lease gives you the choice of term between 5 and 25 years. You’ll find this is a very tenant-friendly lease – clear, concise and drafted having regard to the Code for Leasing Business Premises. As with most leases of this type, the cost excludes service charges, business rates and insurance.
We see the completion of a leasing arrangement as just the beginning - and look forward to working closely with all our customers.
Location information
Slough offers a unique combination of integrated transport options with Central London and Heathrow both less than 20 minutes away. Located on the M4 motorway, with fast and direct access to the M40 and the M25, Slough has excellent road connections.
Served by both junctions 6 and 7 of the M4, this is a location favoured by corporate occupiers for its accessibility. By car, the M25 motorway is less than seven miles away, Heathrow less than nine miles and the West End 23 miles. By rail, Slough's fast mainline service to Paddington Station takes under 20 minutes.
Crossrail will serve both Burnham and Slough stations, providing fast, direct and convenient access to Central London and The City.
In addition, the proposed WRAtH (Western Rail Access to Heathrow) is due to reduce travel times to Heathrow Airport from Slough Station to just six minutes.
Local bus services are frequent and numerous, and run from outside the building into the striking new bus station in the town centre. Slough has its own cycle hire scheme with bicycle stations across the town, including Slough and Burnham stations as well as Bath Road and Yarmouth Road (off Farnham Road).

Business Watch
The aims and objectives of the scheme are very simple.
"To create and maintain a safe and secure environment for those who work and visit Slough Trading Estate"
Business Watch achieve this by working in partnership with the Thames Valley Police, SEGRO, G4S, and of course the Estate Community to proactively reduce the fear of crime within business and the community as a whole.
The state of the art Operation Centre is equipped with the latest CCTV monitoring and recording equipment, and is staffed by experienced Operators who have an extensive knowledge of the estate. Also within the Control Room is a direct radio link to the Police, which is unique for a private Industrial estate in the UK.
Business Watch also offer a "Pager" alarm System which is linked to the Control Room, and if activated, the alarm is received within 5 seconds to our control room and Mobile Patrol, who will reach the premises in question within 5 minutes. This service is exclusive to Business Watch members with no call out fees.
