Wellbeing is one of our Nurturing Talent priorities.
The wellbeing of those working on our sites, in our offices or remotely has always been important to us, and we have consistently taken robust measures to ensure a healthy, safe and secure environment for all.
We have a comprehensive Health and Safety training programme which begins on day one and is continuously refreshed at regular intervals as you develop your career with SEGRO.
Raising the profile of mental health and wellbeing within the workplace is a strong focus in the organisation. We want to champion a culture where we all recognise when a colleague needs support and create an environment where talking openly about your own mental health is normal.
We have trained Wellbeing ambassadors across the Group, a Wellbeing Steering Group and in 2021 we worked with them to create new Wellbeing Goals to frame and focus our activity areas.
In addition to this, a comprehensive Wellbeing Hub offers all staff access to specialised support and up to date materials and tools. Our enhanced benefits package includes a 24/7 confidential external helpline providing round-the-clock support and advice.
