Meet the Executive Committee

Margaret Murphy, Group HR Director

Margaret is a Group HR Director at SEGRO. Margaret joined SEGRO in September 2022 and is based in London.

Margaret has spent more than 30 years working across a range of industries in various HR and business roles including as Group Executive, People & Culture for QBE, an ASX-listed, global insurer based in Australia and at Barclays Bank, where she held a number of executive HR roles in the UK and globally.

James Craddock, Managing Director, UK

James leads SEGRO's property business across the UK. James joined SEGRO in 2015. Prior to this role he led our Thames Valley Business Unit and before that ran our Park Royal portfolio in West London.

Paul Dunne, Group Customer and Operations Director

Paul represents the voice of our customer in our Executive Committee. Alongside this, he is responsible for leading, developing strategy, ensuring consistency, and setting standards across Group Operations, including driving our sustainability agenda. Paul joined SEGRO in 2020. In his previous roles he managed and transformed supply chains for multi-national companies, including in the retail, FMCG and automotive sectors.

Marco Simonetti, Managing Director, Continental Europe

Marco leads SEGRO's property business across our seven Continental European markets. Marco joined SEGRO in 2007. Prior to this role Marco headed up our Southern European Business Unit and before that ran our Italian portfolio.

Andrew Pilsworth, Chief of Staff

Andrew works closely with our CEO and other Executive Committee members in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and leading a variety of cross-border business propositions. Andrew joined SEGRO in 2009. In his prior role he led our National Logistics Business Unit and, before that, worked in Finance roles, including as our Director of Finance.
