Graduate Training Programme

SEGRO Graduate Scheme

During the scheme, Graduates spend 12+ months each in our Investment / Development & Asset Management teams at our London, Slough and Coventry offices.

From the beginning, Grads work alongside industry experts, gain real exposure, benefit from a structured training and hands-on responsibility while studying towards the ‘APC’ professional qualification to become Chartered Surveyors.

Our graduates receive a competitive package as well as many benefits, including discretionary annual bonus', agile working and wellbeing support, including a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.

We also provide excellent opportunities for training and development, which help to support employees with their career ambitions. We have a range of high quality education and training on personal and professional skills that enable our people to fulfil their potential.

"The graduate scheme at SEGRO is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on with our assets and customers from day one and benefit from excellent APC experience with a huge amount of support from across the business"

Jo Jackson Director, Thames Valley
