Who is SEGRO?

We create the space that enables extraordinary things to happen.

SEGRO is a leading developer, owner and manager of industrial buildings for large corporates and small businesses including Ocado, Royal Mail, London Ambulance Service and Mars. As a long-term investor, SEGRO prides itself on creating and maintaining good relationships with local stakeholders including residents. For 102 years, we have been working with local communities to bring forward new development schemes, providing training and job opportunities and investing in local good causes and charities. We intend to do the same in Hertfordshire.

Our communities

SEGRO has a proud history of investing in our local communities.

We work with local partners and charities to deliver initiatives to benefit residents: from training and support to help residents secure work, to inspiring school children to explore the world of work through career sessions and workshops, and from helping local businesses maximise the supply chain opportunities that our schemes bring to enhancing the environment to support biodiversity and wellbeing in local neighbourhoods.
