Completed in March 2024, this 6,750 sq m park is one of SEGRO's latest developments in the Paris region.

The first contract was signed with a company specialising in the storage of duty-free goods. This company, which will occupy a 1,582 sq m building, chose this site because of its proximity to Paris-Orly airport, a strategic asset for its logistics activities.

The second customer is A.DEPEM, a leading French retailer of spare parts for household appliances. Since November 2024, A.DEPEM has been operating a 1,678 sq m facility in the park to boost its storage and distribution capacity.

The third lease was signed with Carré Opéra, a pharmaceutical group with outlets in the heart of Paris. Carré Opéra will occupy a 1,660 sq m building, a strategic location for optimising supplies and proximity to its Parisian outlets.

Pierre Moatti, Managing Director of the Carré Opéra Group, commented:

"Looking for a site that was well located and easily accessible, we found the ideal location in SEGRO Park Limeil-Brévannes. Close to the motorway and less than an hour from Paris, it meets our needs perfectly. New and compliant with the latest standards, it will enable us to take our logistics to a new level by optimising our storage and improving our order preparation. We also appreciated the quality of the discussions we had with the SEGRO teams, who were able to understand our needs and support us with appropriate solutions. This new space will enable us to improve our productivity and provide an even more efficient service to our pharmacies."

Laurence Giard, Managing Director of SEGRO France, commented:

"With the signing of these three new leases, we are once again demonstrating our ability to meet the specific needs of our customers across a diverse range of industry sectors and support them in their development. SEGRO Park Limeil-Brévannes, which is BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified and ideally located, provides real leverage for companies wishing to optimise their activities while reducing their environmental impact. We are proud to offer flexible and sustainable solutions to support their growth."

SEGRO Park Limeil-Brévannes, completed in March 2024, is one of the latest business parks developed by SEGRO in the Paris region. Comprising four buildings with a total lettable area of 6,750 sq m, it meets the needs of companies in a wide range of sectors.

Located in the new Ballastière Nord mixed development zone, this park stands out for its BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified environmental and architectural performance. Its layout incorporates vast green spaces planted with trees, promoting both environmental efficiency and employee well-being.

With its flexible spaces, the site is designed to accommodate a wide range of activities (storage, production, etc.). Its strategic location to the south of Paris guarantees rapid access to the main roads (RN 406, N19 and A86), making it possible to reach Paris and Paris-Orly airport in less than 20 minutes. The park will also be served by the first cable car in the Paris region, with a station just six minutes' walk away.
