H-Logistics is part of the Helion SA Publishing Group, which has more than 30 years of experience in book publishing and distribution. H-Logistyka provides logistics services to individual customers, the book market and retail chains. At SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice, the company occupies nearly 3,300 sqm of warehouse and office space. This year, the company decided to extend its lease at one of SEGRO's key logistics parks in Silesia.

The strategic location of SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice provides H-Logistics with convenient connections in all directions in the country. Its location in the immediate vicinity of Poland's largest freeway junction of A4 and A1, national road No. 88, and the extensive infrastructure in the Silesia region supports the speed of delivery of shipments to the target customer.

Bartosz Michalski, Director, Logistics, SEGRO:

"H-Logistics is one of the first customers at SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice, where the company arrived in 2007. For us, this year's contract extension is proof of successful cooperation, as well as confirmation that, as a manager and owner of warehouse facilities, we meet all the requirements of our customer from an industry in which shipment packaging and distribution play a very important role."

Anka Czarniecka-Oleś, Prezes, H-Logistics:

"H-Logistics provides comprehensive, professional logistics services to publishers. For our company, it is important to carefully prepare shipments and protect products in detail so that they reach readers intact. The key - in addition to the dedicated team that is so important to us - is adequate warehouse and logistics space to allow smooth processes and shipment handling. Moreover, SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice, thanks to its location and available infrastructure, enables us to process orders in no time."

Concerned about the environment and its surroundings, SEGRO has for years been implementing projects under the Responsible SEGRO program, whose three pillars include: supporting low-carbon development, investing in local communities and the environment, and developing talent. Pro-environmental solutions introduced at SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice include electric vehicle charging stations and DALI-controlled LED lighting. All of the company's facilities use 100% green energy.
