Valeo continues at SEGRO Logistics Park Strykow after 12 years
SEGRO has extended its partnership with Valeo at its flagship park in Central Poland: SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków
The leading owner and manager of modern warehouse and production space has signed an agreement for more than 12,200 sq m.
The leased space houses Valeo's 14 product lines, which the company operates in the automotive aftermarket in twelve countries. Strykow near Lodz is home to the warehouse and training and technical support centre Tech'Care, where SEGRO's client employs a total of around 80 people. On an area of 12,200 sq m, the company occupies over 11,600 sq m of warehouse and over 530 sq m of office and staff space.
SEGRO's modern logistics park in Stryków is equipped, among other things, with chargers for electric and hybrid vehicles, automatic number plate reading, and has facilities for employees, such as relaxation zones. Each new investment at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is developed with a minimum of Excellent BREEAM environmental certification in mind.

The logistics park is located just 20 km from the centre of Łódź. Its located directly at the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw) and 6 km from the Łódź Północ junction, which is the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways, makes product logistics processes much easier.
