Joanna Cosmetics Laboratory extends contract at SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1
SEGRO, a leading owner and manager of modern warehouse and production space, has signed an agreement with Joanna Cosmetic Laboratory extending its cooperation at SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1
Laboratorium Kosmetyczne Joanna is a Polish company that has been operating since 1982, and is a leading player in the market of coloring, depilatory and washing scrubs, specializing in the production of high-quality hair and body care cosmetics. The company has decided to extend its lease at SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1, where it has occupied an area of more than 6,800 sqm since 2016, including 6,400 sqm of warehouse and 400 sqm of offices.

SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1 successfully meets our needs in this area, which for many years has been efficient delivery and satisfaction of our customers.”
One of the strengths of SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1 is its location - 16 km west of Warsaw city center, in the immediate vicinity of the A2 freeway, between the junction of the A2 freeway and DK2.
