Demand continues for space on the Slough Trading Estate
Slough Trading Estate continues to strengthen its reputation as one of the UK’s prime, most sought after business locations by securing a range of new lettings which both facilitate the growth of existing customers, and attract new companies to the site. The occupancy rate continues to be at a record high of 97%.
We Prepare, a company that creates fresh delicious sandwiches and salads for local consumers, has agreed a 10-year lease to occupy an 8,300 sq ft building on Malton Avenue, where they will operate a food preparation facility.
A trio of existing companies based at the Estate have agreed new leases to accommodate their growth by taking more space.
Specialist vehicle maintenance and repair company Autotech is relocating to new, larger premises on Deal Avenue where they will occupy 18,158 sq ft facility. Food production company SFD Limited is also relocating to larger accommodation, agreeing to a new 10-year lease on a 17,897 sq ft facility on Banbury Avenue.
With vehicle servicing and repair company J.Hvidtved Larsen doubling its operation at the Estate by relocating to new 11,937 sq ft premises on Banbury Avenue, SEGRO has let a total of 56,293 sq ft of space at Slough Trading Estate to new and existing customers.
