Henry Eastick from Ragus Sugars and Ben Cornwell from children’s entertainment centre Brickies Club are hoping to raise £50,000 for the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice.  The duo is appealing to the local business community to follow SEGRO’s lead in supporting their incredible challenge, with a range of sponsorship opportunities available.

Fun Facts!

  • Henry and Ben will row in excess of 1.5 million oar strokes during their journey, burning on average 5,000 calories a day.
  • At its deepest, the Atlantic Ocean is 5.28 miles deep.
  • The rowers can expect waves measuring up to 20 feet high while facing temperatures as low as 10 degrees at night, to well in the 30s with added humidity towards the finish.
