SEGRO began its operations in Central Europe in early 2005. It currently runs development projects in such strategic locations as Gliwice, Łódź, Poznań, Prague, Stryków, Tychy, Warsaw and Wrocław. Our properties are located around major agglomerations and at key transportation hubs. 

The fact that we are not only a developer but also an owner and manager of modern warehouse and production spaces guarantees active support to our customers throughout the whole leasing agreement. Dedicated team of Property Managers is responsible for cooperating with our customers and responding to all their needs on an ongoing basis.

Jiffy Packaging, the leading European producer of polyethylene foam and bubble wrap, has been cooperating with SEGRO since 2008 – the company was the very first customer of SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice.

Under our roof, Jiffy Packaging has been developing dynamically. ln result, their production and  warehouse spaces have been expanded by as much as 35%, to 21,600 sq m. Today, Jiffy Packaging factory processes over 1000 tons of polyethylene per month, and delivers to its customers 500,000 m³ of packaging materials per year.
