The SEGRO team combines international experience with local knowledge. For nearly a century, as the SEGRO Group, we have been a leader in the warehouse real estate industry, focusing on individual needs and building strong relationships with our customers. Today, we have nearly 1.9 million sqm of space in Central Europe, meeting customers' needs every day, making their business even more efficient and effective.
SEGRO began its operations in Central Europe in early 2005. It currently has development projects in such strategic locations as Lodz, Strykow, Poznan, Tychy, Gliwice, Wroclaw, Warsaw and Prague. Our properties are located around major metropolitan areas and at key transportation hubs.
By combining the functions of developer, owner and manager of modern warehouse and production space, SEGRO guarantees its customers active support throughout the term of the lease. Each warehouse park is taken care of by a dedicated Property Manager, who responds to current needs and reported comments. At the same time, customer care entails not only providing efficiently functioning and, above all, safe warehouse and production spaces, but also taking care to create a friendly working environment.

Learn moreAlstom, an international manufacturer of railcars, subway vehicles and streetcars, began operations in a new facility at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn in October 2022. The leased space of 10,700 sqm has been allocated for the storage and assembly of subway and streetcar vehicle bogies. 1,100 sqm are offices, which are located on as many as three floors and take into account mobility-friendly solutions for people with disabilities.
The project for Alstom was developed taking into account the type of business conducted and the client's needs. BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology was used to create solutions suitable for the client and to meet SEGRO's environmental goals, while planning the investment. This maximized the ergonomics of the building and provided a complete source of information about the project from conception through its subsequent stages. The new building features such solutions as a reinforced floor under overhead cranes and workstations equipped with a compressed air system. The building includes a number of improvements to increase its environmental performance, which is confirmed by obtaining a BREEAM certificate.
All of the developer's warehouse and production facility developments and warehouse market activities are based on the pillars of SEGRO's proprietary Responsible SEGRO program, which includes: supporting low-carbon development, investing in local communities and developing talent. In pursuit of low-carbon and environmentally friendly development, the client uses only green energy sourced from the sun and wind, the project also includes adapting the building to accommodate photovoltaic panels, launching electric car charging stations or equipping the facility with DALI-controlled LED lighting.
