Privacy and cookies

A new client in the portfolio of SEGRO, a leading owner and manager of modern warehouse and manufacturing space, began leasing this summer. 

Kuchnie Świata S.A. is a Polish leader in the import and distribution of food products. The company, which has been operating since 1990, is a specialized supplier in the catering industry of cuisines from all over the world, especially Asian and Italian cuisine. The company is an importer and distributor of food products for the HoReCa segment, retail chains, own-store chains (Delikatesy Kuchnie Świata) and online sales. Its portfolio currently consists of 12,000 products. 

SEGRO Park Wroclaw, Bierutowska is a logistics park located in the northeastern part of Wroclaw, just 12 km from the city center. There is a public transport stop in its immediate vicinity, which provides employees with convenient access to the logistics center. The proximity of the Wrocław ring road, as well as the A8 highway and the E67 expressway make SEGRO Park Wrocław, Bierutowska conveniently connected in all directions in the country. The attractive location and the SEGRO team's individual approach to the customer's needs led the client to lease almost 4,000 sq m of warehouse and office/social space.
