AT Communications provides video, audio and lighting equipment, along with project management services to production companies in the conference, awards, exhibition, festival, film and TV sectors.

AT Communications moved to SEGRO Park North Feltham in 2017 and has since experienced significant growth. This has resulted in the company upsizing from its current 8,760 sq ft premises to a new 26,518 sq ft facility, facilitating further expansion and providing the base to deliver even greater service to its clients throughout London, the South East and the UK as a whole.

In line with the Responsible SEGRO commitment to Champion low-carbon growth, the new facility is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and equipped with a variety of sustainability features. This includes the installation of PV panels, along with EV charging points to encourage employees to reduce their carbon footprints in their commutes to work. 

The leasing increases the total occupancy rate at SEGRO Park North Feltham to 97.3%, demonstrating the enduring customer demand for industrial warehouses.
