SWM Poland, the American leader in the field of engineering solutions among paper producers, has been present in Poland for 12 years. From 6 July 2022, it merges with Neenah and under the new name Mativ will increase its potential. Its only headquarters in the country is located in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków, where, among others, high-quality, self-extinguishing paper. Mativ Poland uses engineering knowledge and the latest technologies to respond to the most complex needs and challenges of customers. Mativ's advanced solutions are manufactured using resins, polymers and natural fibers for a variety of industries and special applications. The customer SEGRO and its subsidiaries do business on four continents, in more than 100 countries, and employ approximately 7,500 people worldwide. The company's two operating segments, Advanced Technical Materials and Fiber-Based Solutions, are geared towards premium applications ranging from filtration to healthcare to sustainable packaging. A broad portfolio of technologies combines polymers, fibers and resins to optimize product performance for customers.

- The extension of the contract with SEGRO was a formality. We cannot imagine running our business elsewhere due to great cooperation and location. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the largest SEGRO park in Central Europe. On as much as 85 ha of the investment area, where there is over 300,000 m2 of warehouse and production space, and another almost 100,000 m2 can be developed for the needs of existing or new customers. What's more, each newly commissioned project receives the ecological BREEAM certification with an EXCELLENT rating. The park is located only 8 km from the administrative borders of Łódź, near the A2 / E30 motorway and 3 km from the junction connecting the A2 motorway with A1 / E75.
