Gaz et électricité : une énergie plus verte et des prix à la baisse pour 2024

Arrivés à terme fin 2022, les contrats de fluide (gaz et électricité) pour les différents sites SEGRO n’avaient été renouvelés que pour une année en 2023, dans un contexte de forte volatilité des prix. Pour 2024, ceux-ci ont été renégociés, afin de permettre à SEGRO et à tous ses clients de faire de substantielles économies sur leur facture énergétique.

Requalification des friches Ex-PSA d’Aulnay-sous-Bois : un succès en matière d’emploi

Après le départ des usines Ex-PSA, le site d’Aulnay était il y a 10 ans la plus grande friche industrielle de France. 180 hectares de surfaces, qu’il fallut démolir et dépolluer, et dont le réaménagement fut confié à des acteurs publics et privés. Parmi eux, SEGRO a depuis permis à Carrefour, Chronopost et Air Liquide de développer de nouvelles activités, plus riches en emploi.
