This dual location reinforces the park's historic role, previously known as "Le Carré", as a magnet for companies in the sector.

Occupied by 13 companies from various sectors (with a total of 220 employees), SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs is largely occupied by companies from the home furnishings and decoration industry, such as CMP, CP International, Gers Equipement (CARGO Group), Selartex, Sifcon International and U10, promoting synergies between the park's business activities.

For example, MAISON LEFEBVRE, a benchmark in household linen for over 100 years, has just leased Building 3, with a floor space of some 2,150 sq m, marking a new stage in its drive to be closer to its customers in the Paris region. The family-run business offers a wide choice of home linen and decoration products, enabling customers to create their own universe.

Charlotte Lefebvre, Managing Director of MAISON LEFEBVRE, comments:

"MAISON LEFEBVRE has moved to SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs to reaffirm its commitment to the French market, its historic market. This new location, in an area known and recognized in the Home market, marks a strategic step for the Company, which wishes to strengthen its ties with its French customers and capitalize on its local expertise. By refocusing on France, MAISON LEFEBVRE intends to consolidate its position and boost its development in a market it has always mastered".

OVIALA, for its part, is setting up its showroom in a 1,110 sq m building. With almost 20 years' experience, this company has established itself as a benchmark in design and functional fittings for interiors and exteriors. Its location in the park is testimony to its integral management of the creation and distribution chain, aimed at minimizing its environmental impact.

Grégory Toulemonde, OVIALA Sales Director, comments:

"As part of our drive to expand our business in the market and make our products known to all the key players in the retail sector, whether food, DIY or specialist retailers, it was an obvious choice for us to join SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs. Setting up a showroom in this business park was an obvious choice, and it's a real opportunity for OVIALA to showcase a wide range of products for the home to retail professionals".

Located in the commune of Blanc-Mesnil (93), 12 km north-east of Paris, SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs is a business park comprising 8 independent buildings with a total surface area of 35,000 sq m, surrounded by an enclosed landscaped park of almost 68,000 sq m. The site benefits from a strategic location neaŕ Paris-Le Bourget and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports, and immediate access to the A1 and A86 freeways.

Laurence Giard, Managing Director of SEGRO France concludes:

"These two new leases are perfectly in line with our strategy of creating a dynamic, high-performance ecosystem, offering companies setting up at SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs an environment conducive to their development, while enabling them to benefit from the synergies and opportunities made possible by proximity to other innovative and complementary companies.

We are convinced that this entrepreneurial ecosystem, combining modern workspaces, shared services and easy connections, is a real growth accelerator for all companies. This site is in line with SEGRO's commitment to developing business spaces that encourage innovation, collaboration and business fulfilment, to the benefit of the economic attractiveness of our regions."
