Volkerwessels real estate management new partner for segro in the Netherlands
SEGRO, investor and developer of logistics and industrial real estate, has entered into a new partnership with VolkerWessels Vastgoedbeheer, part of the leading concern VolkerWessels. As of today, VolkerWessels Vastgoedbeheer organizes facility management for SEGRO's entire portfolio in the Netherlands.
VolkerWessels Vastgoedbeheer is now responsible for a wide range of services with which they support SEGRO's tenants. In addition, the company also contributes ideas in the field of innovation and sustainability. For example, they monitor the energy flows within a building with the aim of designing a more efficient plan for each user where possible and giving users insight into their own energy consumption. And in the context of employee well-being, there is a focus on further improving an excellent working climate. With the use of data, a targeted maintenance plan is set up that results in even more sustainable management and use of the buildings.
By deploying the broad services of VolkerWessels Vastgoedbeheer, SEGRO is optimizing its services to tenants and a great deal of attention is also paid to sustainability and innovation.
